Nothing is a given for Bayern these days. In the last three match-days, they have recorded two spectacular wins over Schalke and Leverkusen but earned a poor draw against Frankfurt. Pauli has almost no chances of survival. They will want to leave the league on a high. There cannot be a better way to exit the Bundesliga than with a win over the greatest club in the history of German football.
Bayern has been talking transfers all week. Apparently Luis Gustavo might be involved in the deal to bring in Manuel Neuer from Schalke. Bayern is also looking into Jerome Boateng, Emmanuel Adebayor and a host of other plays. Hans- Joerg Butt has signed a contract extension till 2012. Thomas Kraft is leaving Bayern at the end of this season.
