Jack McInerney is suspended for the Union after being sent off in last weekend’s 1-0 defeat at the Los Angeles Galaxy. Captain Danny Califf will shake off a knee injury and will play for Philadelphia.
Dwayne De Rosario could make his first start for New York, the newly acquired Canada international came off the bench in last weekend’s draw with the Houston Dynamo. Chris Albright and Greg Sutton are ruled out for the Red Bulls.
